• From the Foothills to the Tennessee border, many of the state’s most famous attractions are found in Western North Carolina and we put a spotlight on as many as possible!
• Central North Carolina is home to many of North Carolina’s largest cities, definitely the busiest part of our state. There’s plenty to explore in Charlotte, Raleigh, Durham, Greensboro, and Winston-Salem but also tons to see around each of them.
• There’s a lot to explore in Eastern North Carolina, especially along the Outer Banks, Crystal Coast, and spots further inland. Additional favorites include Fayetteville, Goldsboro, Greenville, and New Bern.
