Gerri Grady and her husband Steve have owned Grady’s Barbecue in Dudley, Wayne County since 1986. Together, the two have been serving some of the best barbecue near Goldsboro.
While chatting with me for NC Travel Chat #7, Mrs. Grady shared her and Steve’s journey from their opening to today.
