It’s not an overstatement when we say the Greensboro Science Center is one of the best things to do with kids in Greensboro! It’s a museum, zoological park, and aquarium all rolled into one and offers interactive learning experiences for kids of all ages.

Come take a look at the penguins, gibbons, lemurs, and more!

SKYWILD in Greensboro Science Center

Located inside of the Greensboro Science Center, SKYWILD is a treetop adventure scape for children ages 8 and up. Channel your inner monkey by going through the obstacles and swinging sky-high!

Their 60 challenges will take you 45 feet off the ground, zipping, balancing, and climbing through the trees! Staff will help guide you through some of the more difficult sections of the course.

Greensboro Children’s Museum

Pro tip: If you’re looking for a day trip, take the Amtrak to Greensboro, and then walk to the Greensboro Children’s Museum. Grab lunch at a delicious Greensboro restaurant before hopping the train back home. 

Wet’n Wild Emerald Pointe
